Central House

The bus dropping off visitors at the Central House (later known as the Packard Hotel.)  Photo was taken in 1897. Bus would pick up passengers at the train depot and transport them to the Central House for an evening of rest and relaxation.

Redfield College 1885-1932

Redfield College was begun in 1885 by the pastor and congregation of the German Evangelical Congregational Church. It continued until 1932 when it merged with Yankton College.
