  • 1962 the top two stories were taken down after the Anthony’s fire  
  • Late 1960’s the building was demolished  
  • 1970-2000-Parking Lot

  • 1927 the European Café was connected to the Central Hotel. This Café later became the Dakota Café then the Coffee Shop.  
  • 1923 the Central Meat Market and Hassel Printing were to the east before the alley. The Central Meat Market became Newman’s Sport Shop and later became Olson Jewelry later purchased by Johnson Jewelry.  
  • Known as the Packard Block.  The hotel took up 1 ½ lots with the café taking the other ½ . The hotel expanded over into the top two stories of the Fair Store.
